Spacious rooms with great amenities.

I was very frustrated with the late check-out process. After being promised it, I had to call back only to be told it wasn’t available.

Checked in excitedly but found the room lacking cleanliness, with hair in the shower—a huge disappointment, especially during these times. While staff initially seemed indifferent, a more polite team member salvaged part of our experience. Recommend thoroughly checking for cleanliness before settling in.

The corner shelf by the full-length mirror was perfect for my hair straightener. I appreciated the ample tech plug-ins and the clean, spacious shower without a tub.

The heated swimming pool and the relaxing jacuzzi were great spots to unwind after a long day. Just a heads-up, the noise from the hallway occasionally interrupted my peace, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

Family with children will love it

You won’t believe it but the breakfast was hot and fresh like somehow it was cooked just for you. The staff were super friendly, made us feel at home, even went out of their way to chat and help us with anything we needed.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I guess it was acceptable.

We had an excellent family stay! The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our kids. Plus, we enjoyed our visits to the Thanksgiving Point area, exploring the gardens and museum. The hotel’s facilities kept us entertained too, especially the pool.

In my kid's opinion, they wished for more outdoor activities for them.

Additionally, the shower was great — no stepping into a tub, just a refreshing experience. Plus, I found nearby restaurants that added to our dining options.

We had an awesome getaway with friends! We explored Thanksgiving Point and enjoyed skiing nearby. The hotel's gym was great for our workouts, and the staff was super friendly. It’s a perfect spot for a fun group trip!
